GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited to minors under the age of 18.

2. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales of products made via the website vinaventures.fr to consumers within the meaning of the French Consumer Code.

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are alcoholic beverages (wines), presented in the form of bottles, gift boxes, or wine boxes.

The essential characteristics of the products are described on the website. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery costs.

The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is validated.

5. Orders

The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and validates the order after verification.

Order validation constitutes acceptance of these GTC.

The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods are those offered on the website (credit card, secure payment solutions such as Stripe / PayPal).

All transactions are secured.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

Delivery times are indicative only and do not constitute a binding commitment.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the parcel.

7.1 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs start from €6.50 incl. VAT.
They vary depending on:

  • the number of products ordered,

  • the weight of the parcel,

  • the selected delivery method,

  • and the destination country.

For deliveries within mainland France, shipping costs, borne by the customer, are automatically calculated at checkout.

For deliveries outside mainland France, customers are invited to contact us in advance by email at contact@vinaventures.fr or by phone at +33 6 31 09 17 65 in order to obtain a personalized quote.

7.2 Delivery Times

Average delivery times are 5 business days from the date of shipment.

These times may vary depending on:

  • the selected delivery method (home delivery or pickup point),

  • the carrier,

  • and the destination.

Delivery times indicated at the time of order are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

7.3 Additional Information

Vin Aventures cannot be held liable for delays attributable to carriers or to circumstances beyond its control (weather conditions, strikes, logistical incidents, etc.).

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

9. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal (Wine)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • opened or unsealed bottles;

  • products that cannot be returned for hygiene or food safety reasons;

  • personalized or custom-made products;

  • promotional or clearance-sale products;

  • gift cards.

10. Returns

Any return must be subject to a prior written request.

Products must be returned intact, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

11. Broken or Non-Compliant Products

The customer must check the condition of the parcel upon delivery.

Any claim (breakage, leakage, error) must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours, accompanied by supporting photographs.

12. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be made using the original payment method within a maximum period of 14 days.

Initial delivery costs are not refunded, except in the event of an error attributable to the seller.

13. Liability

The seller shall not be held liable for improper use or inappropriate storage of the products.

Alcohol consumption should be moderate.

14. Personal Data

The personal data collected is necessary for order processing.

In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

15. Governing Law – Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action.
Failing this, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
