Welcome to Vin Aventures, a registered trademark operated by Virginie Geeraert EI, registered with the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 889 498 515, with its registered office located at 34140 Mèze, France (hereinafter “Vin Aventures”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

The website www.vinaventures.fr (hereinafter the “Site”) is an e-commerce store specializing in the sale of wine. It is hosted and operated via the Shopify platform, which provides the technical infrastructure enabling the provision of the services (hereinafter the “Services”).

These Terms of Service, also referred to as the General Terms of Use, define the conditions for accessing, browsing, and using the Site and the Services.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Accessing, browsing, or using the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service, as well as the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

If you do not accept all or part of these Terms, you must immediately cease any use of the Site and the Services.

The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with Internet access.

As the sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited to minors, the user declares that they are at least 18 years old at the time of accessing the Site and placing any order.

Products are described as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may occur (vintage, label, packaging) without engaging the liability of Vin Aventures.

Visuals are non-contractual.

Vin Aventures reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any product at any time without prior notice.

6. Orders and Contractual Relationship

Any order placed on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase subject to the express acceptance of Vin Aventures.

The sale is deemed final only upon sending an order confirmation email.

The conditions applicable to sales (prices, delivery, returns, refunds) are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) available on the Site, which shall prevail over these Terms of Service in the event of any inconsistency.

7. Prices and Payments

Displayed prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding delivery costs.

Payments are secured via third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent). Vin Aventures does not have access to customers’ banking details.

8. Delivery

Delivery terms, timeframes, transfer of risk, and responsibilities are detailed in the GTC.

Vin Aventures shall not be held liable for delays attributable to carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

By posting content, the user grants Vin Aventures a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license, for the entire legal duration, for the purposes of operating, distributing, and promoting the Site.

Vin Aventures reserves the right to moderate or remove any unlawful or inappropriate content.

It is strictly prohibited to use the Site for illegal, fraudulent purposes or in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties or disrupts the proper functioning of the Site.
