Vin Aventures' first vintage... It owes its name to two encounters: Pierre Roque, wine strategy and production consultant, and the Schist rocks typical of the Faugères terroir. This vintage highlights discovery, sharing, audacity, and passion: dominated by Mourvèdre, a Mediterranean grape variety, and made from vines grown on schist, it reveals a dark color, a nose of black fruits and spices with a smoky mineral touch. We recommend enjoying it as an aperitif, with a typical Northern French meal, or to accompany a Mediterranean dish.
